I am Tutor Martha, a passionate educator and online tutor committed to helping learners understand concepts, build confidence, and develop a genuine love for learning. I specialise in making learning engaging, practical, and meaningful through creative teaching strategies, technology, and personalised learning experiences. My goal is to help every learner grow academically, think critically, and reach their full potential.
How I teach
My teaching approach is learner centred, interactive, and tailored to each child's learning needs. I break down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps and use practical examples, guided activities, and reallife applications to help learners understand not just what they are learning, but why it matters. I encourage questions, curiosity, and active participation while creating a supportive environment where learners feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.
In my STEM and coding classes, I help learners develop logical reasoning, creativity, problem solving skills, and confidence through hands on projects and age appropriate technology. I monitor each learner's progress, identify learning gaps, and adapt my lessons to ensure meaningful progress. My goal is to nurture independent thinkers who can apply their knowledge beyond the classroom.
