What we expect of our tutors.

These standards come from the academy's tutoring policy, and every tutor agrees to them.

1
Prepared for every lesson
A clear topic, objective, examples, practice, corrections, and summary.
2
Punctual and professional
Tutors log in early, dress professionally, and keep a quiet background.
3
Full attention
Tutors never teach two learners at once, except in approved group classes.
4
Patient and encouraging
Respectful correction and a positive class culture at all times.
5
Reports on time
Weekly updates, monthly progress reports, and early communication.
6
Child protection
Strict child protection standards, and no private arrangements outside the academy.

Our quality assurance team checks this through class observations, parent feedback reviews and performance checks.
