Mrs Yemisi Arewa Taiwo
I am a passionate and dedicated educator with over 10 years of teaching experience, working with children aged 3–10 years. I teach Mathematics, English, Phonics, Spelling, Numeracy, Literacy, and other foundational subjects. I use engaging, child-centred and interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable, effective, and easy to understand. My goal is to build children's confidence, develop strong foundational skills, and help every learner reach their full potential in a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
How I teach
I use interactive, child-centred, and engaging teaching methods tailored to each learner’s age, ability, and learning needs. I break concepts into simple, manageable steps, model examples, provide guided practice, and encourage learners to practice independently. I use visual aids, games, storytelling, practical activities, and regular assessments to make learning enjoyable and effective. My goal is to build confidence, encourage active participation, and help every child make steady progress.
