Mrs Margaret Bolaji Falujo
My name is Margaret Falujo, an experienced English Language educator and online tutor with a B.A. and M.A. in English Language and a PhD in English Language in progress at the University of Lagos. I am a certified TEFL teacher and a registered member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). I have experience teaching English Language, phonetics and phonology, reading comprehension, and writing. I specialise in preparing learners for SAT, 11+ English, IELTS, and school examinations, helping them improve their communication skills, confidence, and academic performance.
How I teach
My teaching approach is learner-centred, structured, and adapted to each student's ability, learning pace, and academic goals. I explain concepts clearly, use practical examples and guided exercises, and provide regular feedback to help learners identify and correct their mistakes. My lessons focus on building strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and spoken English. For examination preparation, I teach relevant strategies, practise past questions where appropriate, and monitor progress. I work with learners from upper primary to secondary school, as well as students preparing for international English examinations. Parents can expect professional communication, purposeful lessons, and a commitment to helping their children make measurable progress.
