I am a passionate English Language educator with a degree in English and Literary Studies and over six years of teaching experience. I have experience teaching learners across different age groups and preparing them for academic examinations. I specialise in English Language, literacy development, reading comprehension, grammar and creative writing. I am committed to creating engaging, learner-centred lessons that support individual learning needs and help children develop essential academic skills.
How I teach
My teaching approach is learner-centred, with a strong focus on understanding each child's individual learning needs, abilities and pace. I believe that effective teaching goes beyond delivering lessons; it involves creating an environment where learners feel supported, encouraged and actively involved in the learning process. I use structured lessons, practical examples, interactive activities and appropriate teaching resources to make learning meaningful and engaging.
I also believe in building strong foundations before moving on to more complex concepts. I assess learners regularly, identify areas that need improvement and adapt my teaching methods to support their progress. Through patience, consistency and constructive feedback, I aim to help every learner develop their skills, become independent thinkers and make steady academic progress.
